For each office, a $199 fee is required which includes licenses for 1 broker and 5 agents.

For each additional agent in a single office up to a total of 20 additional agents, a $20 fee per agent applies. As a benefit to you, we will bonus each office that buys 20 additional agent licenses with 25 more agent licenses for free. Once you go over 50 agents in a single office, the plan will return to a $20 fee for each additional agent.

If you have more than 1 broker in an office, you can purchase additional broker licenses at $40 each. Please note that if you buy 20 additional agent licenses we will bonus you with an additional broker license for free to help you save money.
