For each office, a $199 fee is required which includes licenses for 1 broker and 5 agents.
For each additional agent in a single office up to a total of 20 additional agents, a $20 fee per agent applies. As a benefit to you, we will bonus each office that buys 20 additional agent licenses with 25 more agent licenses for free. Once you go over 50 agents in a single office, the plan will return to a $20 fee for each additional agent.
If you have more than 1 broker in an office, you can purchase additional broker licenses at $40 each. Please note that if you buy 20 additional agent licenses we will bonus you with an additional broker license for free to help you save money.
When you fill out the order form, these bonus licenses are calculated into the formula so you don't have to try and figure this out for yourself. We will make it easy. Just fill in your total offices, brokers and agents and the system will calculate the final price for you.
