Do I need a special program or special installation on my computer?

To use the system, all you need is access to the internet. The system uses Adobe Flash to play full-motion videos for an engaging experience. If your computer doesn’t have Flash (although almost all computers do), it can be downloaded for free. 

What makes your learning system different from the other training out there?

Rich Casto Online Coaching uses a Learning Management System (LMS) that can schedule courses, track progress on the material, and print certificates when a course is passed. The coaching courses use streaming rich video for an engaging presentation and reinforce the speaker with text and graphics using a patent-pending technology called Whole-Brain Methodology. This means that when the brain is stimulated properly with video, text, and graphics (and the timing is key), retention increases. 
 

How many times can I watch the coaching?

You can review the material as many times as you like. For example, if you are getting ready for a listing meeting, you can review that material just before your meeting to have all of the key points fresh in your mind.
 

What can I do to be prepared for the changing market?

Your agents are looking for your leadership here. You must have a plan for the changing market. This plan must address training and coaching issues for your area. I already have a training program. How can online coaching help?

The coaching courses are designed to be used in combination with existing training, as all agents have had training. Rich Casto Online Coaching goes beyond the traditional classroom material and approaches learning about real estate in a whole new way. The coaching courses are part of a Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS allows the courses to be scheduled. So, for example, a new agent could have a new course scheduled every week or twice a week. E-mails will automatically inform him/her that the course is due if you want to assign due dates and track progress. Every coaching course stops periodically and asks a few quick questions to make sure the material is being learned, and a review video is given when a question is missed. Reports are automatically sent to managers to show how the agents are progressing through the material.

How can I tell if agents are using the system?

Reports are built into the system and can even be automatically e-mailed to brokers, owners, or managers. By using the reporting system, a manager or owner can get very detailed reports from specific questions that were missed along with the answers. You can also print general overview reports of how the organization is doing as a whole.

How do I use this system to recruit new agents?

The Recruiting Tool is automatically set up for the manager or owner. All that is needed is an e-mail address for the potential recruit and coaching courses are sent out to the recruit on the timetable that is easily set up within the system.

How can I drive profitability with Mortgage and Title Companies?
